Our Mission and Services
Absolute Health and Wellness
A place where everyone—regardless of background—can find the support they need to lead a more stable, meaningful life.
Absolute Health and Wellness was born from a deeply personal mission to help individuals heal from the emotional and psychological toll left in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The isolation, job loss, and uncertainty of those years intensified mental health challenges across our communities—and especially among immigrants, refugees, and low-income families.
As a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with over 30 years of experience, I have walked alongside individuals navigating trauma, stigma, and systemic barriers. Through this journey, I’ve seen how deeply people long for connection, dignity, and support—but how hard it can be to ask for help. Too often, the services simply weren’t there or weren’t culturally responsive.
That’s why I started Absolute Health and Wellness. Our work is rooted in the belief that recovery is possible and that people thrive when supported by compassionate, individualized care. We provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), a program recognized by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, designed to restore skills, reduce symptoms, and empower people to live independently in their communities.
Whether someone is working through depression, managing anxiety, rebuilding after trauma, or simply trying to regain a sense of purpose, our team is here to walk beside them, offering evidence-based support and culturally aware guidance every step of the way.
At Absolute Health and Wellness, healing is not just a goal; it’s a shared journey.
If you have questions or would like to learn more about our services, please feel free to reach out. I would be honored to speak with you.
Warm regards,
Hassan Ali, MSW, LGSW
